We have a few rules that we need to point out to our guests so all of us can have a fantastic weekend:
Any form for inappropriate behaviour in the interests of health and safety will NOT be tolerated. This includes speeding, burnouts, driving after curfew, drunk driving, donuts, less obviuos include loud music after 23.00, aggressive or offensively loutish behaviour. For any damage to others property, the person causing the damage will be made liable
Driving is not allowed on site after 21.00. Speed limit is 10 km/h around the entire Vingsted Hotel & Konferencecenter restaurant. Remember that whole area is public road, so traffic law is applicable.
All participants must wear their wristbands at all times - this is not negotiable.
Please think about the environment and use the designated wastebins around the area.
No camp fires! - Fire extingushers will be situated around the camp site.
Cars, tents or caravans must be placed according to the officials references - this is not negotiable. 3 meter distance minimum between each unit.
Only pre 1949 cars aloud on the grounds - all other vehichles must be parked in designated parking areas.
